Lenangole Teddy

Teddy was born in 2004 and is the first born in a family of five children. He has been raised by his single mother, Agnes, who is a ECD teacher. Teddy’s family does not own any livestock, making them very poor by local standards. in 2009, Teddy’s mother took him to Imani Preschool. She hopes that by going to school and getting a good education he would be able to live a less harsh life than she does, and that he would be able to help his family by educating his younger siblings. Two years later, in 2011, Teddy began school at Sere Olipi Primary School and has worked hard throughout.

Teddy’s favorite subject in school is Social Studies. He loved his Class 6 Social Studies teacher and took a liking to the subject. Overall, Teddy is an outgoing and confident boy. He loves playing football and reading in the school library. He was an active member of the Music Club, from Class 6 through Class 8 he was the Math Group Leader and also was an altar server in church. Teddy’s dream career is to be a tour guide, due largely in part to his love of nature!
